Credit still hasnt posted after my referal says she put in for manual credit...Now she's saying she's too busy to hound them will OC grant me credit if I contact them via a ticket or email or will it cause me to go on hold?

I know gratis doesnt allow that they say the person themself has to contact them. Im not sure with OC

Just got an email back from OC they responded to me in under 2hrs! Said the referal needs to contact them...Hopefully i can get this person to "hound" them since it would be a pain to get my last referal otherwise with how OC is now...
