I just saw 3 people finished and approved yesterday on another forum. I guess it isn't as hard as it seems.

I think Plasmas4free has probably the highest referral requirements of any other site in its league. I wouldn't doubt that OfferCentric made the site intending to ensnare users that have intentions of completing the requirements, but in don't in the end.
Either way, I think it would take a vast amount of time.

Ya, if what you get is more than $700 (I think) you have to submit a W9 Form.
