i just signed up for dvrs4free and i didn't have to enter a name or shipping address, just an email address and password. is that normal for oc sites? i can't remember as the last time i signed up for an oc site was a long time ago.

Yes, I didn't have to enter a shipping address/name for mp3players4free either, until my account was approved & I had to place an order.
