Probably deserve a beating for this question but I beleive it's legitimate. Why would you be willing to take less with a web cert than with paypal.

Because then I don't have to use my credit card. Which i'm scared that i'll forget to cancel an offer and get charge $70 bucks for something I don't want. If i use a web cert, it can't take money from you that you don't have.

Yea, but can you use a web cert. on all offers? What about the 3 digit code some offers need?
