people under a +5 trade record must turn green first reguardless of what is mentioned up there, if you decide to do tech4free you must turn green first no matter your trade reputation. I know these terms may be hard, but it is also implimented to protect myself, i have been scammed many times and try to limit the chances now. I have a good reputation and many of the people on this forums is willing to vouch for me. PM me with offers and such.
