I don't really understand why someone would buy an account with no referrals. Couldn't you just do the offer yourself, and get paid about $20 for it? The only reason I could think of to buy one of these is if you have no credit card and can't do any offers.

People might want to buy these because (a) they've done all the avalible offers before (b) they don't have a credit card avalible to them/dont want to give out information or (c) don't want to bother with the offer... they are sometimes difficult to get credit for =\
I think with enough persistance its easier to get refferals than complete offers
