Yes, title says all. I will pay $22 for a site that comes out tomorrow. Its part of the Train network. So if you didnt mean to sign up with a referral link, well you should now with this $22 incentive. I thought they released a notebook site a few days ago? And you'll be looking for more than 18 refs. I think 21 might be the min, with 3 different paypal options.
