i'm familiar with the rules compfreak, and i appreciate your concern ... the reason i'm still pursuing this trade is that by the time it goes through i shall have tr of 2/3 ... the rules state the tr restriction as of the time of tr request ...

If you have...
0-1 TR and the person you're nominating has 0-1 TR (THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN) there will be no TR points given, so don't bother nominating.
