Refstop.com accounts arent free, theres a free trial but it only shows you how it works and you cannot make trades unless you pay.

In my opinion, this is a better trading environment than ANY other site out there. I really don't think anyone will be taking you up on this offer. But...to each his own.
A refstop account is only worth $6...
