what is the minimum deposit on either or both of those bingos?
also how can you pay/deposit/withdraw etc?

$20 deposit. With Jet Bingo I was able to withdraw whenever I wanted. (might wanna read the rules to make sure) I used Neteller, but you can use the same normal methods that most bingo or casino sites accept.

i did it for gamesgifts.
it was a $50 deposit, they gave me a 100% bonus. im not sure how the other bingos work, but when i ran out of real money, the bonus kicked in. you cant cash out the bonus, but whatever winnings you get from using the bonus money you can keep. i spent all my real money after getting bingo a couple of times, then when i went into the bonus money i won $60 and then $85. so i cashed out both. ive still got about $6 in bonus money left so ill probably piss about with that and see if i can win some more D

That's how it worked with Jet Bingo. I lost all of my real money and then I ended up winning a game with my bonus money.
