I'm not quite sure but I do know that you can complete all of the bingo offers. They do seem to look the same in terms of their software though.

I joined bingo cafe offer before and I got credit. Then the next day I joined geisha bingo wihich has the same software and company with bingo cafe and I got credit too.
So it shouldnt a problem.
