Hello,
I am new to the free gift world, and would like to get started! I was told the best way to get started is to do site for somone and get paid doing so, and use that money to buy referrals.
I am here to do just that.
Please reply back here if you need me to do some site or just to give me some advice

Welcome. Generally Id say you have the idea, basically raise a little capital and then you can start offering other people money to do some offers.
But surely you can also trade referrals, and if you are new you will have a ton of opportunities. I'd probably say pick a site you want to work on (dont do freepays freeipods or anything that dried up), get paid to do an offer, and then see what options people give you for trades/payments.
