well if they then refer 5 people themselves, they get an ipod aswell....so if theyre gonna sign up anyway......a $5 aint too bad.

1) Which "iPod website" are you doing? Since people can only do each site once, they need to know which one you're doing.
2) As jsw said, the going rate for freeipods.com is upwards of $20. If you're trying to keep the cost of completing the site down, you might consider trading referrals with other FIPG users. (It's usually cheaper to do offers than pay $20/green).
