I don't think you can make those with higher TR signup to your site before payment because if you change your mind then that's a wasted site for them. Have to check with mod but I don't think those demands follow the rules.

I was really thinking about it - But checking your trade record, all your points are from one guy. Some offers are just too good to be true - I guess that's why you won't pay first even with others having higher TR.
