Scenario 1) It's all a hoax (I think this is likely, in the pics/vid she has all the "porn star" poses down)

Scenario 2) Some girl breaks up with a guy and gets THIS in return? I mean, it's not like she killed his puppy and reported him as a scammer to his almost-complete free XBOX site, is it? If this is true, and she is really his ex-girlfriend, then she is very very stupid for allowing him to film her. Being this dumb should be punishment enough for her.

It would be legal because she volunteered to take the pictures and videos. If it were hidden cam, it would be different. There was a guy who sued a couple of chicks because he sent them a webcam video of him jerking off and they spread it around the net. The judge said that since he voluntarily sent it to them, then it was not illegal for them to have it and distribute it.

So, while this site is fake in that I doubt it is a real ex-girlfriend revenge thing... I think she posed just for the site and this is a gimmick to get sign ups.

this has been pretty successful... i've gotten 4-5 greens from it. keep 'em coming, i have plenty of sign-ins left. remember that the offer takes approximately 3 minutes and does not require a credit card! also, i have changed my policy, and i will give them when you are YELLOW as opposed to green, regardless of your TR! (i will still follow up on accusing scammers, though, so don't try and screw me ;))
