Ok here is the deal...I'm ready to start another free site, but I don't want to complete my offer until after I have all the referals. I'm fairly sure I'll get them though (look at what I've gotten so far).
So basically I'm wondering if there is anyone who would want me to sign up through their link, and then pay me when I complete the offer (after I get the refs). A reputable low req. site with a cash option would be nice. I wouldn't charge much, since I wouldn't do the offer right away. If no one is interested, then I'll prolly just click someone's random link and sign up. Just wanted to throw this out there...
