OOD = Offer of Doom
Its when you get to a point where you only need a referral or two to complete your site and your offers become more difficult and the investment is more to complete... ie, a year of hosting service, gambling sites, satellite TV sites, etc. Since there is a higer investment, they are worth more for completion. I know at least Offer Centric has them but others may have them as well.
