Is it non-cc? or not? If I can't get all 10 greens before tomorrow do I loose all of my refs or do they carry over untill the next time the site is up?

It is non-cc right now and will be for 3 days 27-30th. Other than that it will be completely credit card only. And why would you lose (you spelled it wrong) your referrals?
