Just FYI all ... I offered to do this, and after he said he would only pay me three days after going green, and insisting that I do an instant offer, I did some checking. I found out there's an outstanding trade abuse complaint against him on Refstop.

Apparently, he told someone there the same thing, and that person is still waiting after a week...

After talking back and forth some more, we came to the agreement that he would pay me as soon as I went green, as long as I did an instant offer and went green within an hour. I did, I'm now waiting for payment. I think he's in school, so I'm going to be patient and wait a few hours, and post an update later.

Okay, so he sends me $9 instead of $35, and says he'll send me the rest when it gets there from his bank account. Is this right? I wasn't going to do it, and told him that, until he agreed to pay me $35 as soon as I went green after doing an instant offer, which I did. I feel like I completely held up my end of the deal, and now he's wanting to change the terms, and there's nothing I can do about it.
