no spyware, no. however, it does install smiley central, which is adware. But DONT WORRY! I will give you a link to a program that deletes ALL of the adware installed from the program (free of course) The program is called "Smiley Central and MyWebSearch Removal Tool 2.0.3.5" I hope i havent said too much (as in, talk about "cancellation", but i think its fine, its not really canceling anything, just unstalling)

So $4 for just downloading, getting credit, then removing it if you dont like it.

No - the other offers are nonCC however, they are not free offers. There are 6 offers - 4 are for downloading ring tones/phone wall papers, 1 is for the screen saver, and the last is a credit card application.
