I just started this yesterday and I've done three offers already. I've just jumped into the water and PMed offers. Most are pretty good at getting back to you to let you know if they've gotton all they needed or to initiate a trade. The hardest is learning to navigate this site. Let me know if I can help.

You guys cannot trade with each other unless one of the people trading has a TR of 4+

They can trade with whomever they wish, they just wouldn't receive TR if they trade with anyone under 4TR. D
