I initiated a trade with a user. I don't have a confirm button. The user asked if I got credit for the trade. I didn't get credit because the trade module just says waiting for both parties and unconfirmed. I don't know what to do.

In the leftmost column of the trade module, it should be headed "Conf?". If the you have not confirmed the trade, there should be a link there that says "Conf", underlined. Click on that to confirm the trade.
If the trade is confirmed by both parties, it will say "yes" in that column.

The conf isn't underlined in the trade module. The only thing underlined is hide.

Does is say "Yes" above the "hide"?? If so, then it is already confirmed.

Exactly what Laurel said, if you got a Yes followed by a Hide underlined, underneath the "Yes" then It should be confirmed by you already. Unless you started the trade and not the user, then the user's got to check on his side for Order Confirmations
