Advice Needed! Best programs

I want to start building referrals for programs.
What is the best program to start.
I want an honest program that pays quickly after approval.

Any help would be great!

hi, this should be in the "help" section. but welcome. I highly suggest a few things.
nocreditcard sites are an easy way to be eased into trading. I need one if u want to get paid for a free no credit card offer green.
besides that, the best network i have dealt with is trainn. any of their sites rock.
yourgiftsfree is a good network too but i have yet to go thru approval for one of their sites.

trainn is a very reputable but not very fast, as everything they do takes 10 days or so to complete. I would recommend a getstuff4free site. They are very reliable and very fast to credit and payout.
