I have signed up with ZeroPriceTags, Here is the deal I have 3 referrals who have not done one offer. I Need some referrals that will actually do some offers and I'm willing to sign up under another site.
If anyone could help me out I would very much appreciate it. I only want serious referrals that are going to sign up and do offers.
