He did a smooth trade for me and did not go red/grey on any of my trades and got me approved. I am just curious why he got banned since most of his trades with me went perfect and were done in less than five minutes.

He had numerous problems with making multiple accounts.

Heres the funny thing - the moderators knew that he was a scammer when he signed up with this accoutn (gratisrocks) but they let him partake in trades...
Oh, look! Hes still scamming >=(
