I set up a trade in the middle of October and this guy still hasn't gone green. He went yellow about a month ago. To be fair, I had to submit for manual credit on the offer that I did, so it slowed the trade down a bit. Anyway, he said he submitted a ticket for manual credit - two weeks ago. Now he's not responding to my PMs about the status. I know freepay is lagging, but how long is long enough?
