	I had him do yourps34free.com (traiin). he did an instant offer so he could run.  when he turned red, i found out why
"They were participating from a location of which we do not offer service to (Singapore). In addition, they participated in an offer that is only open to US addresses and provided fraudulant information to obtain credit."
I tried to contact him, but havnt been able to.  im currently filing a paypal claim against him. hopefully that will get back my money.

Checking acct, they find him
they have to send a paypal card SOMEWHERE
why is he constantly allowed to sign up for more paypal accts

	ok i dont understand how this paypal seller agreement thing works, he was suppose to respond, but never did so it said the claim would go in my favor...but it said this after it was resoved

so why did i not receive a refund, is it because he doesnt have money in his account?
