IsellRefs and I have a paypal trade set up. He has higher TR than me so I paid him first; $20 for GiftsInn.net. He hasn't completed my site and does not answer any PM. I contacted KeithA and he approved me making this thread.

i had the exact same problem with isellrefs. i paid him for a ref about 2 weeks ago, he made excuses for a while and then just stopped answering my PMs.
I don't know if I should bother trying to get my money back though paypal or not.

Have you emailed him or tried to contact him via means other than PMs? AIM, etc.?

Are the PMs you sent him in your sentbox or outbox? Also send an email to the email address you sent the paypal to.

yeah, i literally havent had a smooth trade yet (just look at my TR). And to answer someone's question, my PM's are all in my outbox.
Just filed a Paypal claim. Probably won't amount to shit...

We investigated both of them in November and found many dissimilarities - enough to lead us to believe that they were different people, despite their similar names.

hahahaha.... I got my $20 back from paypal... Can't believe they gave it back to me. He didn't respond to them I guess.
