I know what you mean I signed up for a scammer and he never did an offer for me. I thought because I heard it was hrd to get referrals for freepsps. Thanks

it is harder. but you have a better chance of getting your free psp. you can still trade 1 for 1 for it, but if you're buying referrals it'll cost you about $30 a ref. PhreePSPs will only cost you $20-$25 a ref.
But go with gratis. FreePSPs all the way.

Is phreepsps legt cause I am probaly oing to use the money I am going to get from one of my sites to buy referrals for this site or is it best to staywih the gratis site?

Yeah, go with freepsps... I don't think you want to wait 2 months for your gift after you've completed it.
