Depends on whether the site requires a CVV2 number or not. If it does, you're out of luck.

I really wish that they did have the CVV2 #, would be much easier than transfering funds from paypal to bank account then to epassporte.

People claim that using 000 and/or 123 as the CVV2 works.

I highlt suggest you get a paypal debit card from paypal.
Paypal debit cards are completely free from paypal, use the funds in your paypal account, and have a CVV2 number on them, so they work fine for any online purchase.

Do paypal debit cards charge overdrafts or do they just reject charges when there's insufficient funds?

they just reject the charges...i heard from several good sources that they will not touch your bank/physical card without permission....

yes that does work for some of them....i had a couple that worked, but then the majority of the time i just get declined...

And if they're declined the funds get held for about 4 business days until they go through and get denied. I've tried numerous times, no luck. Good thing I have an actual Paypal Debit now.

Any strings attached to getting the Paypal Debit card?
Can it affect your credit score?
