hey after weve checked out the 3 discs they send you do you know what we do to send back one of the discs so we dont have to pay 80$?
I tried calling their number but it was some messed up automated set up that stuck me on hold till my phone battery ran out.

first you have to cancel the account and they will give you a return number....then just go to your local post office and pick up a cheap envelope thats bigger than the disc (regular envelopes are too small and i dont know where else to get big envelopes for cheap), finally send it back to the address thats on the case they sent you....
