Ok, I previously sent in an approval form, and unfortunately one of my referrals were placed on hold. I got another referral that went green to replace my last referral. Do I need to send in another approval form to try to get approved again?
not sure. i would think so. PM jake or open a ticket?

I think if it says on your status to print and send the approval form, you have to do it. shrug

true but he did it already. mine said i had to print it for 5 weeks before i got approved. of course i didnt lose a ref...

Nope, I had the same problem with my premiumipods.freepay site, I pm'd Jake and he said it wouldn't matter....then I gave him my e-mail i registered with and it went approved a couple of days later, all i'm trying to say is that you should pm him first and make sure that he doesn't NEED your e-mail to approve the account first-hand, im not sure what he did with my e-mail/account but i got approved in a couple of days...
