I'm a noob trying to get the lingo or language down, What is karma and how do you aquire it.

by clicking the +karma under Trade Record
for instance, if you thought me posting this was helpful - you might click the +karma under my male nurse av. Then, when I'm posting it would say my posts/join date/ karma/trade record all above the +karma and Initiate trade links
