OrderCash4Free has been back up all day. I have logged in twice.
If you actually read the post, OrderCash4Free is NOT closing, just their other sites.

The way the announcement reads, they are closing the other 4 sites on March 15th, and only running OrderCash. They say anyone finished by March 15th on the other sites will be paid.
