I would like to start actually getting free stuff, but I have to do it carefully, because I have very little cash in paypal, so I have to do a money offer first. Now the thing is, it looks like most people get greens by having a lot of options. I don't have that, what can I do?

well you lits yours and see if anyone comes...you can pay on approval for ppl with 0 TR....
with work and time it should get you the greens i guess. or you can always transfer funds from your bank to pay ppl
