Is it possible for the PM system to be adjusted so that replying to a PM automatically includes a quote of the message? Not everyone uses the quote system although doing that prevents you from having to go through previous messages (both sent and received).

sorry you havent recieved an answere on this but I think its becaules we dont have any control over it. Maybe you should PM a mod. about your sugestion and maybe get some feedback. All we users can do is offer our support or non support of your sugestion. I for one think anything that makes the forum better without complicating it would be an improvment.

You can already quote in PM's, same way you quote in forum posts - just click the Quote button instead of Post Reply. Making it automatically quote isn't going to happen, as not everybody wants to quote every PM.

Rather bump this thread than make a new one, but here is suggestion to FIG
On another forum I moderate, we keep the Debate section on Moderated status, meaning that every thread must be approved by a staff member before becoming public. This seems like it'd be helpful for the staff of FIG, regarding the Scammers section.
Just a suggestion that could save the staff a few minutes a day. shrug
Also I suggest an official suggestions thread for FIG.
