Do you mean where to announce it in the forums on this site? There really isn't a thread for that. When you do a trade there is a place in the trade module that you can put your paypal address for use when getting paid that way. Some people only pay to verified accounts put I think that's just a personal preference. You'll find out from deal to deal. I hope that somewhat helped. )

You might consider putting your paypal verification statement in your profile in one of the comments sections. I know I look at profiles when considering trading.
As for the actual address, you will put it on each trade in the trades module.
