This is the second time this happens to me. When I click on the TR request it tells me that I 'm going to get a window where I can write comments, but when I click ok, it doesn't appear and I don't know where else to go to leave comments for the people I'm trading with.

May I suggest lowering your security settings, turning off your pop-up blocker, and using firefox as your web browser. That should do it!

This advise worked for me. I lowered my settings from Medium-High to Medium, and that did the trick. On the Menu Bar Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Security Level. Slid the bar to Medium and that should do the trick. I didn't have to use Firefox, but hey, it's free!
P.S. Avoid using AOL.
