outside of the US?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering what site's best to sign up for if you live outside the US (specificaly- in the United Kingdom).

Sorry if this question's been asked a lot before, I did try to look.

I dont have a list of sites, but A4F does. They have a section with all UK sites. A4F is down right now tough.
