Setting up Trade

I have no TR here but TR+14 on FLR and +4 on Referral Swapper, +1 on A4F - I have a newbie who wants to complete a site for me, but I cannot set up the trade as I keep getting the error message that at least one of the parties need to have a TR of 4.

How do I do a trade in these circumstances?

Please advise.

Your best bet is to complete a few refs for others or pay others until you've got a TR of 4 or more. Too many users (whether they are experienced or not) are scammed by other new users.
