i paid a ref for two sites and she went red on one and since the site over credited for an offer she is no longer green on another. I cant seem to get in touch with this ref. She is a verified paypal ref and i put in two disputes on the payments but will I get my money back? She greened on another of my sites and was fine so I thought she'd be okay.

by filing the claim with paypal my ref decided to initiate a refund. thanks
