Rough estimate would be 2-5 hours tops. TYPICALLY if you dont receive credit within 5 hours you wont receive credit at all, thats just my two cent though.

Blockbuster usually reports next business day. Some will report back sooner than that while other times it takes the full business day.

I think this is an awesome offer to do. I've been using Blockbuster Online, and it's pretty neat. Even if it takes awhile to credit you still get a ton of movies to watch.
