My previous order was disqualified due to insufficient referrals. Now I have enough referals, but there is no option to place a new order.
What do I do now?

Pretty sure you just click on Order...
Or click on the prizes, and pick one from there.

The accounts are being verified before orders are being allowed to be placed so you'll need to visit the Progress page and request your account be verified. When/If it is, the order button will appear on the items page.
