TRAINN - Did you decide to just stop giving credit?

I'm waiting on over 5 greens on various TRAINN sites. THREE I have been waiting on for over a MONTH now. That's a bit ridiculous. These three offer completions were by respected traders on this forum for me. They've submitted missing credit requests and everything. They're getting no response, and no credit. I'm also waiting on a few others that have been a couple weeks. You guys taking the month off?

There aren't any problems with crediting as far as I am aware off.

same thing happened to me. It seems as if sometimes crediting is arbitrary. Haven't gotten a response from anyone at trainn, nor do i expect to. Though it's a pretty sneaky way to make something worth 9-10 refs taht should only be 8.

The way the crediting is setup whether you have 0 referrals or 100 as soon as it hits our records, the account is updated. If you submitted an email/ticket you will receive response

Filled out a missing credit report that went unresponded. Offer is still yellow even though I completed several weeks ago and had my credit card billed for it. Just seems like trainn can be finicky at times.
Don't get me wrong. I LOVE YOU TRAINN. Just wish there was reasoning for the forever yellow. -)

I love trainn too. But! I have 8 yellows, and I know for a fact that at least 7 of them should be green.
I put in a ticket about 4-5 days ago......no response yet(

Ha, the getfriends network sucks. The only way to get a green on that site is to complete cortiban. It credits within 36 hours and is the only offer that credits on time.

Im also having the same problem on 3604free.com. kidding making me crazy. 3/4 of my refs are missing credit.

I completed my initial yourfreevideoipods offer on the 5th and I'm still waiting for my credit even though two referrals on it have already greened. ( Then, I have two other yellows that should already be green on that account, too, from the 6th and 8th. Between those three that I'm waiting on and the other five offers I've completed for others that have yet to green, this waiting is killing me. And after those 5 greens come through, I'll have to wait all over again for my traders to do their parts and earn me greens. These offers are definitely an exercise in patience.

Yeah, one of which is me... roll Blasted urban nutrition offers... And our trading was going soooo well, too...
oooooh... two of mine just greened for other people (pcs and xbox freepay sites)... Cool! That's the sooner they can do my refs on yourfreevideoipods, then i can start waiting for those greens from their end! Still waiting, but it's one step closer at least...

Come to think of it, I've sent trainn over 3 support tickets ranging from different problems...and I havent recieved ANY response.

DITTO!! I have already done two offers for this site, including tickle Iq (which should be instant), and I still havent received credit. evil

I have never had to request manual credit from TRAINN and have always gotten a response to my support tickets in less than 3 days. The only time I had trouble with a ref going green was when they actually did a Level B offer instead of a Level A. They had to complete a second offer in order to meet the point requirements for me to get a green. I think TRAINN is doing a great job and people complain alot on these forums.

completed an offer on 11/23 it is now 12/18 so 5 days short of a month
