I did the Chuck Mullaney offer (Pacific Webworks), and have not received credit almost 5 days later. To my knowledge, they do not send confirmation emails for any of their offers, so can I still submit a MCR without one?

To the best of my knowledge, MCR can not be submitted without a confirmation email. When I did Pacific Webworks, I called and they sent me one. It's worth a try........
