I got a letter from Great Fun today saying the stuff I requested was enclosed. So, I opened it and saw nothing that showed a Circut City gift card or how to get one. All that was in it was a Great Fun membership card, a youth enzyme brochure, and a post card that says to print my name and address and that said "Yes I'd like to recieve my Free National Values guide." So what is this? How do I get my cards?

comes via email...i got my email but when i tried to signup the link never worked...filled out the info but it would never submit

I know. I did the sign up link in the email where it says to fill the form out with my address...etc...and it has the circut city cards at the top to show what you're getting. But today I get the package with no hint on how to get them...

The e-mail you filled out to get the gift cards is all that matters. If you completed it, you wouldn't need to fill out a sheet that came in the mail because you already requested the cards. Just be patient and they will (hopefully) come.
