Has anyone used a web certificate instead of a credit card? I am trying to send one to a friend..but I'm not sure which company to use. Some of the sites say there is a minimum balance of around $20, but then I read somewhere that you can use less. I tried to put less and it wouldn't let me. Anyone have advice on this?
