I have a bunch of PM's sitting in my Outbox

I just sent a PM and it appeared in my Outbox for about a minute but quickly moved into my Sentbox.

Meanwhile, I have about 8-10 PM's sitting in my Outbox that I was sending throughout the day today and they're just stuck.

Any reason why this is happening?

Cuz no one has read them yet. The people you sent them to haven't opened them
