Best website hosting package?

There are sooooo many options out there.
I dont even know where to start...

BlueHost is one of the best. In my opinion, the best host is constantly changing between a few of the Big-Dogs as they each compete against each other.

Keep in mind the type of control panel the host uses (Cpanel is widely accepted as the best), databases, FTP accounts, and very importantly UP-TIME!! Some of these smaller hosts claim to have 99% up-time, but it ends up being more like 80%. That is unacceptable for a business Website.

how much do they charge meaning, what is the total out of pocket expense...i know there is domain name reg, is there a setup fee...how long is the contract for.....

It cost me ~$96 for 1 year (prepaid - domain was "free"). Over 99.9% uptime with alot of other great stuff I don't feel like listing.

Ultimately, the best way to find a webhost for yourself is to go to http//www.webhostingtalk.com.

Do a search for any webhosting company and see what people write about their own experiences with a particular company.

The forum there is HUGE, and I'm betting you can find info on 95% of the good webhosts out there.
