I am not home yet, and I haven't tried the iTrip yet, but i looked at the manual and it's a bit unclear. Can u set up 10 different frequencies, so it transmits on all 10 at the same time? How do u use that iTunes plugin for iTrip? It loads up with lots of frequencies, with boxes checked and a song 5 seconds long for each. Is that just a lame way to set up things? Any iTrip owners (licoughtli Stroid)?

Archon810, let me explain. You put the iTrip frequencies on the iPod as a song. You select it with the iTrip attached, and the iTrip begins flashing. Press Play/Pause, and it should blink three times and go solid. Then you're connected. You can only be on one station at a time.

It works pretty good for me too. The only problem I have is when I goto shuffle songs, it includes all the frequency songs, so it changes the frequency on me pretty often. I'm not sure if theres a way to not include them, but oh well. Other than that, the range is pretty good.

try a different frquency, and you have to have the volume on the ipod between 60-70%. to compenstate, just turn up the radio. Mine has absolutely no static.

I love my itrip. I live in san jose and get almost no static even in town. Its so great for long trips and i think its better with the ipod photo because the photo is the exact same width whereas if you put it on the 20 gig it is fatter than the ipod itself.

nah, i tried different ones, but I can tell the difference. it's far from what a hardwired player would produce.
